On May 18, 2016, a presentation on the new vision of MERCOSUR was held at the Chamber of Deputies of the Province of Buenos Aires. The deputy of the Province, Dr. Pablo Garat, author of the initiative, together with the Chamber of Industry and Commerce of MERCOSUR and its president Lic. Miguel Lujan Paletta, presented the objectives of the institution, founded in 1991, and Mr. Francisco Andrés Epele, general director in Argentina.
Provincial and national authorities, together with businessmen from different sectors interested in exploring the various alternatives offered by MERCOSUR, were present at today's exhibition. All of them have extensive experience in the field.
