The 15th Paraguay Brazil Expo brings together entrepreneurs from both countries in search of new business opportunities
The 15th Expo Paraguay Brazil continues until this Friday, November 8, in Luque, metropolitan region of Asuncion, Paraguay, with more than 80 entrepreneurs from Paraná looking for networking and business opportunities with potential business partners from the neighboring country. The opening, this Thursday (7), was attended by the president of Paraguay, Santiago Peña; the vice-governor of Paraná, Darci Piana; the governor of Mato Grosso do Sul, Eduardo Riedel; the president of the Paraguay Brazil Chamber of Commerce, Antonio Carlos dos Santos; and several business and diplomatic figures from both countries.
The Mercosur Chamber of Industry and Commerce, represented by our Director, Lourdes Ocampo, along with members of the Paraguayan government, also participated.
Ernani Moura Amaral Filho, a businessman from Curitiba with an industry dedicated to chemical solutions for industries, home care and automotive, is participating in a space within the stand of the Brazilian Export and Investment Promotion Agency (ApexBrasil). Last year, Ernani visited the fair in Asunción and now, within the stand, he intends to close deals and participate in business rounds.
“The idea is to transform contacts into business. I have meetings scheduled with supermarkets, gas stations and construction material stores. We will work to establish business alliances in Paraguay,” Ernani said.
